Axis Travel Centre employ only qualified, accredited AFTA certified staff who must undertake annual Professional Development courses, educational trips and regular weekly updates to maintain their employ with our company.

Staff expertise and knowledge are consistently maintained to deliver the best Travel advice and services to you.

Our minimum criteria of staff Training and updates exceed Travel industry standards by over 200% in most areas of Professional Development Training in Computer Reservation Skills, Product training, Legal issues, Government-Visa-Vaccination-Health-Custom and Immigration protocols with associated legalites , Austrac Foreign Exchange principles and regulations, as well as Company and Personal Educational visitations to destinations, Cruises, Hotel, Resort, transportation and Airport/sea Port inspections.
