Worldwide Customer Care (WWCC) is a global customer servicing programme for individuals who purchase their travel arrangements (air ticket, cruise or tour), from any American Express travel network office, including wholly owned or branded.

WWCC offer these customer six core services free of any office service fees:

  1. Reconfirmation of airline tickets.
  2. Sightseeing arrangements.
  3. Hotel reservations.
  4. Car rental reservations.
  5. Help with revalidating/changing of reservations.
  6. Assistance with rerouting/reissuing of airline tickets.
